Allows sticking the handbands to book blocks.
Significantly accelerates the production rate, where is no production line for hard links availiable.

The desired length of the handband is set on the control panel, then the handband is stuck automatically to the inserted book using a double sided dust tape.
Change of the format takes only 5 seconds!
This solution is highly flexible with the tiny place requirement.
